During a Website & Leads Action Plan Session, we’ll analyze your current SEO and site content, and then determine your next best steps to start optimizing your site to entice both site visitors and search engines.

This is the process:

  1. I send you a short discovery questionnaire in advance to help uncover your current needs, strengths, and pain points.
  2. I perform an SEO audit on your website and customize our consultation’s structure based on your questionnaire and my findings from the audit.
  3. We schedule our core 90-minute consultation session, and a follow-up 45-minute session. You’re welcome to come to Kelowna for an in-person meetup, or we can handle it on Zoom.
  4. We focus the first 90-minute session on reviewing your site’s SEO and content to see what’s working and opportunities for improvement. We’ll also clarify your goals for your site and the best ways to get there.
  5. Within a few days, I deliver a report summarizing our conclusions from the review session, as well as a detailed content plan that includes titles and keywords for your next 30 blog posts.
  6. Our second 45-minute follow-up session focuses on answering any questions you have about how to move forward with your plan.
